With plenty of space, this unit is perfect for relaxing after a long day out on the mountain or enjoying a cup of coffee before hiking at the falls. This apartment is conveniently located and is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops that the Village of Tannersville has to offer. All while being a 5-minute drive to Hunter Mountain and a 15-minute drive to Windham Mountain!

THE SPACE:
This brand new one bedroom unit is one of four in the building and is located on the second floor. The space includes one bedroom, one bathroom (with a walk-in shower), living room, and full kitchen. The building itself has just undergone a major renovation and will also soon be home to a restaurant which will fill the first floor.

The property is in the center of town and walking distance to everything that Tannersville has to offer! Just to name a few, Last Chance Cheese Shop, The Pantry on Main, Slopes Nightclub, Rooted Flower Shop, Jolie Mountain Top Spa, and Camp Catskill all surround the property.
