館内、室内、浴室、全ての場所でバリアフリーの対策がなくかなり不便を感じた。 スロープさえもないので高齢者には厳しい。 朝食の際、開始と同時の時間に行ったにもかかわらず、窓際の席に変更してもらえなかった。 席がすでに埋まっているなら納得するものの、まだ空いているのにもうすでに座席が決定済みとかで融通を聞かせてもらえず残念。

場所が少し高台のトコロにあるため、ラウンジから眺める白浜の海は最高です。 チェックイン当日で、時間によって異なるかもしれませんが、施設内のお風呂（男湯、女湯共）が熱くて、ゆっくり浸かることが出来なかったでした。 次の日の朝風呂は、問題無く入れたから少し残念に思えました。 妻曰く、イタリアンの夕食は美味しかったです。 機会があればまた宿泊したいです。

オーシャンビュー側の眺望は最高。部屋も綺麗。スパからの眺めも最高でこれだけでも来る価値はある。また送迎なども柔軟に対応してくれて白浜周辺で遊ぶだけならレンタカーはいらない。 レストランでの食事やホスピタリティもよい。 一方で気になるのとは ・ガーデンビューだとプールやレストランから部屋が丸見え。 ・朝のチェックアウト時間前から掃除道具や片付け中のリネンが廊下に散乱していて見苦しい。せめて10時以降に始めて欲しい。 ・ルームサービスがない割には部屋でアルコールを楽しみたい時の食べ物が売店に少ない 上記何か対策が打てればより良くなると思います。 あと、白浜町全体的にタクシーが捕まりにくいため、夏季だけ町内の周遊バスを増台するなど町の取り組みも必要かなあ。
