This beautiful fully rehabbed condo is centrally located in a safe and quiet complex in the heart of Tampa, near North Hyde Park, University of Tampa, South Tampa Hospital, and Tampa Bay.
Only Minutes away from Tampa Airport, I-275, downtown, Ybor, The Aquarium, Zoo, Busch Gardens, and a short drive across the bridge to all of the beaches! This was designed and professionally decorated in 2022 making you feel right at home. This condo features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with laundry room on site. This unit would be great for a long term stay or a short fun filled weekend. Inquire today!!

• There is a shared laundry room available for use and it costs $1.50 per load.
•We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.

All communications were done through the website. We were without power for two days, no air on the first day, no heat on the second day. That was a bit disconcerting. Staff kept promising a visit from the company that services them but we were without until later Tuesday morning of our first week. Laundry availability was good. They could use a few more pieces of silverware, i.e. like a can opener. We bought a toaster and left it.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE this time

Normally, we love the VRBO experience, but this time it was not satisfactory. Booking was a pain! Had to take photo of myself, my license, credit card, me holding the credit card..what?? It was to have been a 6 night stay. My boyfriend stayed in much smaller Unit 5, although we booked the larger Unit 6 for him. They said that Unit 6 was having work done. He asked for photos of Unit 5 but did not receive them. We were charged the same price for smaller unit. He saw a snake on the path and waterbugs outside by steps. He killed 6 waterbug roaches in 1 hour the 2nd night in kitchen and living room. He checked into a hotel at that time. The mgmt was notified right away, and again the morning. There were no vermin at the hotel. Understanding that the mgmt co said Tampa was in a drought and bugs were looking for water indoors (we should have been warned prior to booking) did not make the stay more palatable. There were no reimbursements, no real concern at all by mgmt company. So the company got their money and so did the hotel. Not too happy with this experience.

Great Place and Management!

Very nice, clean and prefect little place for two. The Management Company is very expeditious in answering calls. I love the location and very safe. I highly recommend it.
