Our peaceful estate is a warm, family-run property that offers a traditional bed-and-breakfast feel—without shared living spaces. I personally own and operate this Elite Airbnb full time. After owning and managing up to eight Airbnb properties, I chose to sell and dedicate myself entirely to this estate so I could provide a more intentional, elevated guest experience. My family and I live on the property, and this is truly my version of retirement—it doesn’t feel like work. I genuinely enjoy caring for the estate and welcoming guests from around the world.



The guest quarters are completely private, with a separate entrance and over 2,100 sq. ft. of living space—essentially your own full home away from home. The private 400 sq. ft. studio also has its own entrance and is fully separated from the guest house for that loquacious family member:).



The guest house back door opens to a charming courtyard that leads to the pool and hot tub, which are reserved exclusively for guests during their stay. The coffee bar is accessed through a separate door and is refreshed each morning so you can start your day right.



While we always prioritize your privacy, you may occasionally see me or a family member briefly passing through the courtyard when accessing Beach Bum Lounge or the future spa, walking the dogs, or completing morning pool and coffee bar maintenance. These moments are kept quiet and unobtrusive so you can fully enjoy your stay.



I live on the property with close family members whom I care for, including my two brothers, who are autistic, as well as my uncle and my mother. A trusted family friend also helps on the property from time to time. Everyone is kind and respectful—my brothers may occasionally say hello, or sometimes not respond if greeted, so please don't be offended. Our home has a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. We love giving guests their space, but we’re always nearby if you need anything or would simply like to say hello.
