This is a great property. Well kept and stocked, and pictures are accurate. It worked well for our two families. The host was proactive and responsive. Our kids loved the pool (with a small basketball goal) and hot tub, as well as fishing off the dock. The only thing to note is the one bedroom does not connect to the rest of the house. You have to enter through the patio. It worked for our older kids, but is something to be aware of.

Very nice place with lots to do. Owner did come by during stay to get his boat, and had a mechanic come and work on the boat on the dock for a few hours. We are private people, which was different when renting a private place.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything went very smoothly and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. As soon as we arrived and opened the door the house smelled so fresh and clean! We really appreciated how nice and clean everything was. Anything you could ever need was there and if we couldn’t find it, Michael was only a text away. Everything was just like the pictures. We loved the outdoor area! The only wish that it was closer to the beaches, but that was my fault when booking.
