The condo does NOT include a full kitchen, dishwasher or washer/dryer during your stay. The patio is accessible through the sliding glass door. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to drive to within 10-15 minutes outside of the community.

Extended Stays - Any reservation exceeding 30 nights will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee each month that the stay extends. Cleaning will be coordinated with the management team. The additional cost will be added to your reservation after confirmation.
