Fantastic house! Spacious, clean, comfortable, everything like brand new. Peaceful and beautiful view from the back patio and pier and sitting around the pool area. The host was great to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries. Real close to 3 great restaurants as well. You can’t go wrong staying here. Hope to do it again soon.

Nice home

This house was updated and really nice on the inside. There was not a lot of room around the pool. It would be nice if you could control the pool temperature yourself. We lost a day and a half waiting for the pool to warm up.

Great Vacation Home

Host was amazing with communication and let us check in ealry when i texted him he responded asap. House was very clean, had plenty of towels, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, tons of pool toys, and inside toys for kids. Stuff that most homes dont have at all so it helps a lot. One thing i would suggest is extra blankets. Other than that we are very happy with our stay.

Super clean rental!

This 3 bdr, 2 bath rental with private pool, on the canal, is very clean and nicely decorated. Despite the very busy spring break season, this property was very quiet. I would definitely recommend bringing your own towels, we were only provided 4 upon check in. I’m sure our contact person would have provided us with more but we just used the on-sight washer and dryer to clean them. The beds were very comfortable and all the furniture in the house is in great shape. The area is very easy to navigate and has everything you could need. The only downfall is the closest beach (4 minutes away) is a NON-SWIMMING beach. But we were fine with that because of the private, heated pool. We will definitely be renting this property again, in the future and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Beautiful Home on the Water

My family and I had a lovely time at the house and we really the pool area. There were a few issues that were disappointing. There was no grill and the fire pit didn't work either. No basic supplies like paper towels, dish tabs, garbage bags and laundry detergent No manual for guidance on remote controls, pool fountain and lights, emergency numbers, local stores and restaurants, garage and recycling pickup days etc. These concerns quick fixes but the home is gorgeous and we will likely stay there again.
