Overall we enjoyed Little Harbor Resort. It’s a bit of a drive to the ocean but we knew that going in and wanted something more affordable than what was available close to the ocean with all the resort amenities. The pools were great, we loved the Sunset Grill, and even had dolphins swim up to us in the canal! The condo was beautiful, air worked great and kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately, we were notified our dryer was not working and this was a huge inconvenience when you’re back and forth to beaches and pools with kids and dirty towels and extra changes of clothes. The property management team was kind and tried to be supportive but it was clear the owners did not care enough to fix the issue before we got there or even during our stay (replacing a dryer is a very simple task), recommending we use our own money and vacation time to go to the local laundromat. It would have been nice for the owners to reach out personally and come up with some sort of reimbursement. We also all had cold showers the first night because the hot water tank broke. Fortunately that was fixed promptly and we were gone to the beach the day they installed a new one. The blinds and curtains were also frustrating. They were difficult to open and close and practically falling off the wall. They barely blocked any morning light. Which meant getting woke up very early. Thank goodness there were no windows in the kids bunk room. I was jealous they got to sleep in every morning.
