• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge for an additional night at full price.

Sheets in one of the rooms were dirty, ice maker in the freezer was broken. The upstairs master bedroom’s outlets didn’t work (you had to cut other lights on in a different room to get outlets to work).

The decor was newer however many of the amenities listed were not provided. This made our stay uncomfortable. There were 5 bath towels for 6 guests. The coffee carafe was missing. There were no hand towels, soap or shampoo or hair dryers. We notified the host immediately but the items were not provided.
