Very clean. Met our needs. Location was perfect. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but after checking out the crime rate in the area we were very satisfied and would use it again. The communication with the property managers were excellent.

Located in a sketchy neighborhood, lots of loud music playing at late hours of the night that can be heard easily through the thin walls. This kept me up all night. There is a chain lock on the door that does not properly work. The interior of the property is nice but the beds are very firm and uncomfortable. Was also charged an "extra-person" despite having only one person staying at the property and not refunded by the host.

Very cute and modern rental. This rental is in an up and coming neighborhood so there are some sketchy spots, but we had absolutely no issues and found it to be very comfortable. It's a very short drive to Ybor if you're looking for some night life. It's also close to the stadium of you're going to a show. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The futon sofa was not. The host was very communicative and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Graduation stay

We were in town for the weekend for a graduation. The house was clean, and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Worked out great for the 4 adults staying there. Marc, the host was great communicating with us. Would definitely recommend staying there.

So grateful for being able to stay here, the place was perfectly located to everything I needed to get to, nothing was too far and not to mention how nice the property was. The rooms and bathroom and living room had great decor that worked with the relaxing vacation vibe without having to deal with noisy hotel neighbors. The host was very responsive and courteous.
