We were in Riverview for a funeral viewing and time with family so spent very little time at the hotel. Overall, it was nice. The one negative in the room was the A/C unit was filthy. We actually cleaned it with Clorox wipes the vents were so dirty and dusty.

Nice place, great staff, and in a decent location. Facility just needs attention. Our room the carpet was ripping up, and heard of issues with rain coming in windows. Overall I’d stay again.

My a.c. was pouring water all over the carpet. I had to leave for an appt so had to wait until the next day for service. The a.c. was not blowing cold air. The room was too warm. When the repair guy took the front off, it was full of black mold. I was breathing that for 2 days. The a.c.never got cooler and there were no other available rooms. It was uncomforyable to sleep in there. The lobby and restaurant are okd looking and outdated. Things are in disrepair, worn paint and upholstery. Not a very modern inviting place. The staff was excellent.
