Completely disappointing experience! Hours before check-in, had to call VRBO to get check-in information. Once on property, had to wait to get additional codes to access other two units. Wi-fi code worked for two of three units. Had to wait again to get additional wi-fi code. Besides the notice taped to the slider leading outside warning of EVICTION if violation of rules were not followed (no swimming after 6pm., no loud noise after 7pm), no other guest information was provided. Room descriptions on floorplan were not entirely accurate ( pullout sofa not in room as noted, a smaller mattress on a queen frame in another). Nor were there enough blankets for all of the beds and barely enough towels. The pool was green upon arrival, and no wonder, with the vile thick green sludge on the filter which we had to clean times until it was clean, scrubbed the walls of the pool, add water to the pool, and purchase and add shock to the pool before it was safe to use. Coffee pot carafes were not the correct carafes for the keurig coffee makers, so they would not fit. There was one small rusty pan, not nearly large enough for a party of twenty. The bathroom door in the front house is too large for the doorframe, making it impossible to close the door. Think twice before booking this not-at-all resort style villa.
