yasemin hanım çok güler yüzlü karşıladı, garson arkadaşlarda iyiydi. odanın fön makinası yoktu ve koca otelde bir fön bulunamadı, birisi kendi fön makinasını vermek durumunda kaldı sanırım öyle buldular. TV çalışmıyor, kumanda yoktu, istedik getirdiler ama yine çalışmadı. başka oda da çalışmadığı için gündüz oda değiştirene şahit oldum ama bizimkini akşam kontrol ettiğim için değişme şansım olmadı. kahvaltıda şok olduk. Mutfak kısmı vs arıza yapmış elektrikler yokmuş çay veremediler onun yerine portakal suyu isteyene verdiler. Onun dışında havuz kirli ve pisti. odamız temizlenmişti ama banyoda yerde saçlar vardı. oda da banyo kısmında oda kokusu vardı sanırım arada giderlerden koku geliyor onu bastırsın diye. kahvaltıda su vs de vermediler. 2 tane kruvasan, ekmek üzerine avakodo üzerine yumurta sanki İtalya'da kahvaltıdayız insan bir sorar nasıl isteriniz yumurtayı vs, yanında peynir Allah'tan peynir güzeldi, zeytin, küçük kavanozda reçel ama başkasından kalmada olabilir. alaçatı otellerinde akşamüstü mis gibi sıcak kurabiye, çay vs alışkınız nerde öyle şeyler... Konumu yürüyerek hacımemişe çok yakın 4-5 dk geze geze. Bakımlı olsa çok güzel bahçesi, havuzu vs fotoğraflarda gerçi daha büyük duruyor. Odalarda geniş. Üst kat balkonlu oda verdiler. Güzeldi. Çok kedi vardı. 2 kişi 1 gece için O.K 5.500 tl verdik bence değimedi...

İlk defa bir tatil şirketi aracılığıyla otel rezerve ettik.Endişeliydik,ama çok şükür hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık.Gittik,seçtiğimiz türde bir odaya yerleştik.Temizlik gayet iyi yapılmıştı.Bohem bir tasarım kullanılmış oda içi dizayn oldukça sade ve şıktı.Otelin bahçesi,havuzu,oturma alanları palmiye ağaçları,tüm alan fotoğraflandığı gibi gerçeği yansıtıyordu.Aynı zamanda ortamın sakinliği huzurluydu.Çalışan tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ediyorum.Samimi,güleryüzlü ve saygılıydılar.Biz portakalsever çiftiz:))Okuyorsan güleç yüzlü hizmetinden ötürü sana ayrıca teşekkürler genç,çok memnun kaldım.Başarılı bir deneyimdi.

Das Personal war zwar sehr freilich allerdings fand ein Service immer nur auf Nachfrage statt. Personal war eher mit sich selbst und dem Handy beschäftigt. Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr schön. Zimmerservice auch nur auf Nachfrage.

Otele girişte, rezervasyonun yurt dışında yapılması sebebiyle seçtiğimiz üst kat balkonlu odanın bize verilemeyeceği söylendi..Yurt içinden yapılan rezervasyon kaydı gösterilerek, binbir zorlukla odanın verilmesi kabul edildi..Banyo tam temizlenmemiş bir şekilde oda teslim edildi, tekrar temizlik istenmek zorunda kalındı . Gece sadece bulunduğumuz odanın elektriği kesildi, ertesi sabah 2-3 saat teknisyen arıza ile uğraştı.. Odada bulunan kasa açılmıyordu.. Banyonun duş kısmında bulunan batarya takılı kalmış, sadece üstten su geliyordu.. Neyse ki tüm bunlarla ilgilenilip tüm aksaklıklar giderildi. Ancak 2 günlük tatilde bu aksaklıklarla karşılaşmak hoş olmadı. Otelin konumu çok güzel ve iç yapısı çok hoş.. Büyük bir havuzu var ve kahvaltıları da harika.. İnşallah bir daha kalırsak bu tür aksaklıklarla karşılaşmadan hoş bir tatil yaparız..
