Overall property was clean and maintained well.All furnishings were dark Wood which made the whole unit very dark even with drapes open. Information (menus, etc)Needs to be updated. The property was everything it advertised. Location was good.Furnishings were also good. The fishing pier was an exceptional addition. The only negative we have is the lighting is insufficient. The condo is on the dark side of the building so some additional lighting, maybe strip lights in the ceiling would be very helpful.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed this peaceful retreat while in town for Pittsburgh Pirates spring training. It’s a couple miles off of the main road so very little traffic, no noise and tons of amenities in the community.

If you’re looking for a clean, nice and comfortable room to stay for your vacation then this will disappoint you. The hall way had a strong smell of mold. The room has strong air fresheners to cover up some unpleasant odors. The furnitures look old. The linens of bed are of low quality. The bathroom is very humid. The “white” towels might have been used for many years, even had yellow spots on them! Overall, the cleanness and comfortable level you get only compares to a cheap motel. Although there are some amenities the resort provides——private beach, two restaurants….—which are nice, the room itself really disappoints.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a blast, perfect place to stay. Place was spotless, beds were VERY comfortable, very nice pool and hot tub right nearby. The beach was a super short walk. The owner answered all my questions immediately. I have nothing but great things to say. At sunset this is exactly where you want to be. We will definitely be coming back. We bought some groceries, used hot plate to make spaghetti, toaster oven for garlic bread. You do not have to eat at a restaurant, plenty of amenities to eat right in the condo.

This resort has everything you need! Beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and we saw dolphins every day and manatees! It was the easiest check in process and Ginny (server) at the sunset grill made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Marriage saved!

We arrived on a Friday night and Saturday was college football. We couldn't figure out the cable. Christine was quick on the spot to help us navigate the cable system! The toilet was running non stop and Christine had a plumber come within 2 hrs to fix it. Sunset Beach restaurant had an amazing grouper with crab cake. Hook bar was a cozy little place across the parking lot. Beautiful sunset too!
