Electric Fireplace insert in the room did not work. Nor did the vanity mirror. The room was very dusty or moldy.likely because we were above the pool. we had to have a window open the entire time just to be able to breathe. When called at 9a.m we requested more towels, we were told we would have to go to the front desk in order to get them. Really disappointed in the cost. Felt like I was at a super 8 not a Hilton.

Hot tube and pool great. Hamburger bun cold. Soup bread bowl not warm and should be sourdough. If I pay cash my debit card should not be. Harged and refunded along with a deposit for the room. Very disappointed. Staff was great but understaffed.
