Excellent stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing, and the restaurant was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue where the room was a bit different than the pictures, but they quickly recognized the mistake and compensated us more than fairly. Would stay again.

Beautiful location with plenty of vegetation and wild life and by the sea. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only thing not so great is the little entrance road that was not even and difficult to drive through.

Nice hotel in Praia dos Carneiros, close to famous church, and beachfront. Breakfast is simple but good, nice staff, room is spacious but missing surface to put open luggage. Swimming pool good, the path to and from room need some paving.

The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The houses are clean and comfortable. Beach access is convenient, very close to all the best spots. Service is excellent. Their restaurant served a variety of foods. Beeakfast was lovely, if small. We had a lovely time and look forward to returning!

Bom dia, Passamos uma noite em um quarto standard e esperåvamos um atendimento e um ambiente condizentes com as imagens divulgadas e o valor cobrado. Na recepção, o atendimento foi simples e pouco explicativo, jå que todas as informaçþes são enviadas previamente por um grupo no WhatsApp. O cafÊ da manhã foi bem servido, com uma equipe atenciosa e sempre disposta a atender. Contudo, em relação à limpeza das åreas comuns, ficamos um pouco decepcionados. Encontramos garrafas de cerveja, sachês de sal e açúcar, brinquedos, mesas sujas, entre outros itens, espalhados pelas åreas sociais (como as piscinas e o espaço de convivência) tanto no período do jantar (18h às 21h) quanto pela manhã (entre 6h e 8h30). Acreditamos que os funcionårios poderiam ser mais atentos a esses detalhes para garantir uma experiência mais agradåvel aos hóspedes. No entanto, os quartos estavam limpos e organizados. De maneira geral, o espaço e parte do atendimento não atendeu às nossas expectativas.

Excelente atendimento

Tivemos um problema com a descarga do banheiro do nosso bangalô na chegada e nos colocaram em outra acomodação, mas no outro dia jå resolveram. Gentilmente nos ofereceram um jantar como forma de minimizar o desconforto. Quarto confortåvel, åreas externas limpas e bem conservadas, piscina muito gostosa. Atendimento excelente de toda a equipe de colaboradores. Recomendo.
