The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

excellent location on the beach

The only drawback was a very loud party at a neighbor's house that lasted late into the morning, making sleep very difficult. The property is nice and the location on the beach is excellent. The food in the restaurant was good quality and the buffet was expansive with many options. The staff was all very friendly.

O hotel é bonito, praia bonita e limpa, bem localizado, pé na areia. Equipe excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso. Tivemos que fazer um upgrade, pois o quarto standard não tem varanda e janela para estacionamento e fachada oeste, com sol a tarde toda. Os quartos com vista para o mar são os melhores. Confortável, porém antigo. Voltaria novamente.
