Fantastic hotel

Lovely room, great facilities, very friendly staff. Room was a little warm for us, but apart from that it was perfect. Also in a great location.

Great, but needs a little more to be a good 5 star

Ovrall, great. However, some small niggles. Complementary water only provided on night 1 . Most 5 star hotels we stay in give you 500-1000ml water per day. Breakfast choice good, but some basics need attention: Bacon overcooked, scrambled egg too wet, hash browns soggy every day. Prosecco only available at weekends. Not bad, but room for improvement.

Great Hotel at a great location and amazing staff. Always a good stay. Seems that there is something impacting the experience as the amenities were downgraded (slippers as an example) after my previous visit and as an example the sauna's are not heated as much as they were used to. Having said that, this is still an amazing hotel with great breakfast and good location to explore the city.
