Our stay, was above and beyond what i imagined, each morning i was able to wake up to a beautiful porch view of the Pond, and it was peaceful. The home had everything you could imagine, to make your stay, feel like home. From the bathroom touches, to the childrens games. The smart t.v in both living spaces, we couldnt feel more relaxed, are only issue, was not having another night to really enjoy it. The tiny home has a wonderful heater and a ton of sheets and comforters, you will feel, like you are home. The communication, and easy to read instructions, made the whole experience ten times easier, i would highly recommend. Our family of 4, two adults and 2 kids, had more then enough room. Thanks for opening your home, while we visiting for my sisters wedding.

We chose this cabin for several reasons. Great reviews, close to Lewiswood farm for our daughter's wedding, country setting. We are so glad we did! We stayed for 6 nights. We drove from Texas hoping to get in before dark. Had issue with truck, we had to drop off at chevy and pick up loaner, gave Miss Ann update, she turned all the lights on for us so we could find the cabin in the dark. She wowed us! Fresh eggs in the fridge, fresh baked upside-down apple honey cake with ice cream we got to enjoy during our stay. She had toiletries, coffees, breakfast bars, waffles and more! We were so comfortable. We had our 2 little dogs with us and they dont like hotels with traffic, sirens, doors slamming, etc. They loved the country! All they heard were the little acorns dropping on the roof and the owls hoot, which is fine with us! Thank you, Ann we found our go to and one of Tallahassee's little secrets when we come to see our family!! I hope it will be soon because they live close by!!
Our fur babies loved the screened in porch.

Our stay at the Twisted Pine cabin was delightful. Ann is a wonderful host, ensuring all of your needs are met. This was the most well stocked cabin I have ever reserved. The kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials. She even provides eggs from the property’s ducks and hens and left fresh cookies that she baked. The property itself is lovely. We look forward to staying here again.

Stunning cabin with all of the amenities you can possibly imagine! This was the best place we have ever stayed in Tallahassee while visiting our daughter at FSU and such a nice little spot to get away from all the activities in town each evening for some peace and quiet. Homemade goodies, farm fresh eggs, and snacks galore if you choose to indulge. I just can’t express in words how truly amazing this place is!

We had a very nice peaceful stay. Mrs. Ann was an excellent hostess. She stocked the property with anything you would need. And the fresh made muffins were a special delicious treat. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet country stay.

This is just what we were looking for. It's like camping/fishing trip only not in a tent and with lots of extra goodies provided by the owner.She thought of everything! Also,none of the crazy fees that you usually have to pay..very reasonable.If you want a weekend getaway..this is the place!

Nice getaway not too far from town

We really enjoyed our stay at twisted pine! All of the little details made it so great. From the freshly made pecan pie to the chicken/duck eggs in the fridge. The bees were cool to see and the spring fed lake/pond was beautiful. Will definitely come back again :)

Great Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at the Twisted Pine cabin with our 2 dogs. The cabin had everything we needed and then some! We appreciated the snacks, chicken and duck eggs, and especially the homemade chocolate chip cookies. The screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and listen to/watch the birds. We loved the peaceful and remote location, yet we were still close to the FSU campus. A perfect stay!

Awesome Cabin!

We loved our stay at Twisted Pine cabin! The cabin is just right for 2 people and a dog. While rustic-looking on the outside, we found the cabin to be amazingly modern with many unexpected features! We found it clean, well equipped, and sensibly organized. The area is beautiful with a quiet lake with an island! We will definitely look to stay here again when back in the Tallahassee area.

Peace and Quiet in a Cozy Cabin

Great directions to this adorable small cabin set on a pond along with another cottage and the owner's house. They are spaced far enough apart and with tree breaks so you feel very private. The house itself is adorable with a comfy sofa in the living/kitchen area. Nice size TV with a variety of options for viewing TV and movies.The kitchen is small but well equipped. We cooked dinner and enjoyed breakfast and lunch there. Additionally, there were a variety of snacks, coffee, tea as well as duck eggs, creamers of all kinds and homemade meyer lemon breakfast bread. Delicious.The bedroom felt remarkably spacious with high ceilings. The bathroom was quite a surprise with a shower that anyone would envy. Plus the thoughtfulness of the owner was evident even here with a medicine cabinet full of necessities such as hairspray, sewing kit, aspirin and much more. Every detail was considered!This was a great stay and we will be back to spend more time.

perfect weekend getaway

The cabin is set up beautifully. The host provide everything we could need plus some. We took time to visit the ducks, walk around the pond and hung out on the bridge just taking in the nature. We enjoyed our anniversary very much and are looking for a reason to visit again the future.
