Upon check in our check in clerk could barely understand or speak English. This is America! We then get to the room and upon opening the door was greeted by the largest roach I had seen in quite some time. Kudos to Front Desk staff person Dee. Dee was exceptional in reaching out to extend warm greetings and hospitality. The overall ambience was excellent. Parking was adequate. The breakfast was mediocre. Ordered a Belgian Waffle. Instead of the Belgian Waffle I got a 'Thick and Fluffy' Eggo Waffle. Ordered turkey sausages. Instead got day old cold pork sausages.
