Suitable for solo travellers

Hotel is very conveniently located near to Taipei station (5-10 mins walk), and has shopping and food options within 5 mins walking distance. Suitable for travellers who are using Taipei as a base and taking train day trips. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in and offering Uber Eats coupons for guests. Hotel and room furnishings are not old, which is common among hotels in the city area. Room is small so its suitable for solo travellers but will be cramped for 2 pax in the room. Enjoyed my stay at Orange Hotel and will return again the next time for solo trips in Taiwan

Good and central location. However, do not like the room facilities. The aircon in room cannot be adjusted to warmer temperature. There is no heater facilities as well so room is quite cold during winter period.

The location is great, very close to train station, bus stops, shopping mall and convenience stores, plus it’s considerably safe and quiet. The only thing is that it’s a bit challenging to place my change clothes in the shower stall.

Staff can go in ur room easily without permission.

I am staying room 906, my collegues stay room 904. He call reception to assist for the safety box issue, the staff come up to my room and unlock my door with the extra access card. I am still inside the room and he just open it without permission. Luckily i have lock the door from inside and he wasn't able to open it. After i inform him that he went to wrong room, same case happen to my colleague room. He didn't wait until the guest open the door after press the door bell and he just open it with the extra door card. This is extremely unacceptable.
