I waste my money coz I checked out the property few hours I checked in and I cannot refund my money even half of my stay in coz I cannot tolerate the smell I stayed in the 6th floor near the spa. I’m allergy to smell and I developed headache. Front desk people are nice and areas are near to ximen station and ximending night market. I transferred to a better and good hotel.

The hotel is located at great location. Some night there is insufficient staff working at front desk. We have to head to level 6 to ask for items needed directly. Otherwise, the hotel pricing is affordable with good proximity to many places.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, I was disappointed to learn that guests are not allowed to flush toilet paper. While I understand this may be unavoidable, it would have been helpful if this information had been clearly stated on the website to manage expectations. Second, I found a thick bunch of hairs under the covers. although it was promptly changed, this experience made me uncomfortable enough to decide to leave after just one night, despite booking for three nights. Losing money for the remaining two nights felt preferable to the anxiety of staying. Lastly, I found one of the front desk staff members to be particularly unwelcoming, with little to no personality. This added to the overall discomfort of my stay. This experience has taught me an unfortunate lesson - to be cautious when booking older hotels in Taiwan, as the chances of encountering plumbing issues like this seem higher.

Room was too small, the furniture and amenities is subpar. We booked a room for 3 and there was barely enough space to move. There was no table space. I had to sort my documents on the bed. There are very few outlets to charge your electronics and the placements are terrible. The outlet is above the bed but so close that you end up bumping on it on your sleep and no tables or area where you can place the electronics while they charge. I had to place my items on narrow areas beside the outlets. The toilet bowl is very prone to clogging The lounge / common area is also lacking. There are barely any free snacks. Coffee and some drinks are available but they rarely restock The bathroom floor is very elevated that it is hard to go in and out of it. Toiletries like soap, toothbrushes and toilet paper is an additional fee. The shower has a shampoo and body wash dispenser but does not have racks or fixings where your can put your own toiletries.
