Poor communication upon booking. I had problems with booking authorisation and was seeking for further assistance however it was like talking to a wall, everytime they messaged me it was by a different staff and my requests were not respected. At one time, a staff told me they will escalate to a sueprior to expedite my request, they never came back to me as if it never happened. I asked them again to ask their superior to proceed my booking, they did nothing so I had to cancel one of my booking in order to proceed further.
Once we checked in, we realised that the room size were different even though we all booked for deluxe double room. I had originally 3 rooms booked altogether, but due to the above problems, I changed my booking to 2 rooms and my friend booked the same category room on own. So it should be the same room type and size but somehow my 2 rooms were way less smaller than the other room. Couldn't care less to complain at that point after my experience prior to checkin.
