Also, the room did not supply wash clothes (small square towels), which should be a standard. We had to remind the staff almost on a daily basis. This needs to be improved for a hotel in this standard. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every interaction was warm and professional, which truly elevated our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The overall service was excellent, attentive, efficient, and thoughtful in every detail. We highly recommend Hilton Taipei Sinban to anyone visiting Taipei. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers, and we’ll definitely be back.
