The design of the hotel is not user friendly. There is stairs at the entry, which is a hurdle for luggage. The power sockets are insufficient and not working properly. One was even installed in the middle of the bed. The bath tub is difficult to get in and out, and dangerous if you are wet.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from Taipei Main Station, making it easy to get around the city and getting to the airport. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. Breakfast is served on the B1 level, and you have to walk down stairs to reach it. All food was pre-plated and left out without any way to keep it warm — when we arrived at 7 AM, everything was already cold. The room was acceptable but noticeably older than what was advertised, and the bathroom had visible mold. Despite booking through the VIP Access program, the only benefit offered was a soft drink each, which felt underwhelming. Also, we were only given one breakfast voucher for our two-night stay and had to ask for the second one. Laundry facilities were technically available, but the laundry room is inside the restaurant, which was closed most of the time, making it effectively unusable. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel experience itself felt more like a 3-star property and didn’t live up to expectations.

We found the property to be as advertised. The king room we shared was not quite as big as it looked but was serviceable. sheets could have been changed a little more often. We stayed there 20 days and we believe the sheets were only changed 3 times.

My fridge didn’t work but the staff were very helpful and it was fixed quickly. Only one negative of my stay. I wish I had check on the view when I first went to my room rather than unpacking first because I would have asked to be moved. When I did check the view directly outside my window was of a wall and awning covered in rubbish. I kept the curtains closed.

The hotel is conveniently located with many eateries, shops, convenient stores around. It is also a short distance to train station. The hotel is generally clean. However, the housekeeping is bad as we had eye lashes left behind from previous guest when we checked in. The glass top table is also very dusty. The q-tip I dropped on the floor first day was not removered thru-out our 6 days stay. The staff are not well trained to handle guest's request. Just gave us a blunt reject with a cold expression. Even when we asked for just 2 extra packets of instant coffee because we ran out. A reasonably priced hotel with no service.

Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. Close to main station with walkable distance. Spacious room. There was occasionally heard of water pipe noise but acceptable. Have to be careful when going in / out of the bath tub which is a bit risky of slip. Would be better if have handle. The bed is firm with great support with nice sleep
