I had a wonderful stay here for 13 days and would highly recommend anyone visiting Taipei consider this hotel. It has a great buffet style breakfast, spacious lobby and outside patio, amazing rooms and amenities. The staff here are incredibly kind and hard working. The rooms are meticulously well maintained. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at for this price range. Also a coffee, water, and juice bar available 24/7. They also provide free umbrellas!

It was okay and I might stay there again but very complicated electronic flush toilet that I couldn't get to work even after 10 minutes instructions by the engineer and the fancy lighting panel by the beds needs playing around with in order to figure out what controls what. Also, couldn't get the jacuzzi tub to work.
