Do not leave any garbage outside - animals will get into it.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 15-20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.
Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
