Upon arriving at the home the smell of dog urine was so strong there were pee spots throughout the home including master bedroom. I had to pay for a hotel for the other half of my party! I was told that they were already aware of the situation however no one tried to reach out to us to see if we’d still want to stay in the home. Everyone ended up getting sick including my dog! We had to leave windows and doors open to air out the home so we could breathe. After speaking with Leah on Monday 8/18 she agreed to give me a partial refund not near as much as it should have been considering the amount I paid for 3 nights.. to say I am disappointed is an understatement! Everyone in management knew of the problem before hand and never communicated with us just let us arrive to a disgusting expensive pee house the door handle to the bedroom was broken the floors were not vacuumed tables dirty a mask in the tennis equipment basket and filthy dishes in the cupboards the towels smelled of wet dog! 3 nights of all that for $$$$?! You tell me if it was worth it? Do not rent out this home it’s not worth the cost and issues for your health!
