The hotel had no gym no sir no breakfast. The pool was empty. Loaded the area around the hotel was overgrown with brush. It was just not a very pleasant stay. I’ve never wanted to leave the hotel and go back home more than I did this weekend the 27th through the 30th.

Checked in with 6 yr old granddaughter expecting a pool. Nope, pool empty. Got in room, TV didn’t work. Reported it, and nothing from the hotel not even an apology. Went to get ice, out of order. Asked where the other ice machine was. Just 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. Seriously!! Was going to let granddaughter play in bathtub. Nope, just a big hole for the drain. No drain plug. Shower only. Asked for another room and i was told there were no other rooms. Still no apology, absolutely nothing! No offer to refund my money, comp the room. The only thing i got was a poor attitude that i was bothering her. It was a late check-in 9pm. Too late to worry about a pool. SO VERY UPSET WITH THIS HOTEL AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh and the price, $116.00. Do not book this hotel, it is the absolute worst! Manager should be fired. Owner should be ashamed, this is no way to run a business!

This property has much potential and it appears they are working on improvements. The staff seamed to care about our needs. I just asume breakfast is included and I did at last minute book an additional room with that reservation saying “lite breakfast” included but they don’t offer a breakfast at this hotel. We didn’t let them know but just our thoughts were that we had an “accessible room” which was only grab bars in the shower, had we been in a wheelchair it would have been difficult and also as a note the beds are new and linens were as well but the height of the bed made it difficult for my wife to get in and out. As I said potential but I would say our expectations were let down.

Bug infested slum hotel!!!

There is no breakfast, there were bugs everywhere including cockroaches in my room, dead roach photo attached taken after screaming, my coworkers had no shower head or curtain, the rooms downstairs smelled like mildew the outside doors not secured it was absolutely disgusting and we left before the first night was over. We didn’t stay. Lots of bed bugs in the reviews - learned my lesson to read reviews before you book!!
