Lake Wawasee is the largest natural lake in Northern Indiana perfect for fishing, skiing, boating, tubing, jet skis and all lake fun! Bring your own boat to dock at the Tiny House or rent a pontoon at nearby marina. Swim right off the dock, boat out to the sandbar, or drive five mins to beach. House includes grill, indoor electric fireplace, heat,A/C, smart TV capabilities, three beds, canoe, outdoor seating and two kayaks.

Sticker on door says no smoking allowed
First thing that hit us after entering through the RV door, was the smell of a space that had been occupied by smokers. Visually, the space was beautiful, clean, efficient and the air conditioner worked awesome. The smell was less noticeable in the loft. There's a sign by the sink that cautions you not to smoke or be charged a $250 cleaning fee. The location is convenient for car OR boat but very tight for both. The outdoor spaces were very nice and great for hanging out. It's a great place to have fun on the lake. Overall, it's as described - a tiny house on the lake ready for fun.

Great stay!
We enjoyed the property and the lake. It was tight getting our boat back into the channel and parallel parking it behind the property. We didn’t go out the lake for evening rides like we had planned due to this being so difficult and stressful to maneuver but other than that, we had a great stay.

Perfect for quick getaway
Stayed 1 night with my husband and 2 kids. Perfect place for us just to lay our heads while spending time at a nearby family members house. Seemed to have all you would need to enjoy yourself long term. Very clean, easy to find and nice and responsive host.
