Nice apartment with lots of conveniences when travelling with teens: washmachine, full kitchen, espresso maker, fridge, two fold out sofa beds, air-conditioning. There was a strong amonia smell when we arrived that disipated once the AC was turned on for a few hours. The Wonderful Italy staff was not able to check us in on time which was frustrating given we arrived earlier than the 3pm published check in time. Not only were they not able to accommodate our early arrival schedule resuling in added baggage deposit fees, we had to wait in the heat until after 3:30pm to check in. There were also several restrictions on the usage of toilet paper and a recyling schedule that had to be respected. The sofa beds did not have sheets when we arrived, but the staff fixed this immediately by sending a crew to make the beds. Overall, we enjoyed the space, location, and the amenities. We were a little disappointed with the check in service.
