EXECUTIVE-STYLE MODERN FARM HOUSE

Serendipity Shores presents a sophisticated and refined haven just a block away from the picturesque Lake shore Drive, boasting proximity to the areas premier attractions. This executive style, modern farmhouse showcases upgraded furnishings and top tier amenities, ensuring a luxurious stay for discerning guests. From its meticulously air-conditioned interiors to the provision of a standby generator for any unforeseen power interruptions, every detail is crafted to perfection.

Each well appointed bedroom features a TV with Apple TV for unparallelled entertainment options. Additionally, guests have the privilege of accessing a selection of movies from iTunes or Prime, offered on the honour basis. Please provide payment for any purchased entertainment on the same day that the purchase was made. This can be easily done via E-transfer to my phone number. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, please contact me before you make any purchases.

Beyond its elegant interiors, the property has an undeveloped basement, accessible both from within the house and via an external door. You will not have access to the basement from the house, though, as the door will be locked. I will occasionally be entering the space from the outside door during your day as it serves as a discrete storage area for personal belongings and supplementary linens, etc., ensuring unobtrusive maintenance during your stay. Please note that there is a security camera in this area for the safety of guests staying in the house for convenience.

A standalone heated garage with space for two vehicles is provided, along with a paved parking pad adjacent for additional parking needs. The Carriage House above the garage is occupied by myself during your stay, ensuring prompt assistance while respecting your privacy. There will be landscaping and yard-work required during the summer months, which will be conducted by myself with minimal disruption to your experience.

Great house!

Wow! This place was a little over our budget but delivered tenfold! It was spotless and over abundant in all supplies (kitchen, bathroom, etc). The location is perfect for everything you would want in a lake town, super easy to walk everywhere. The music from the bar behind the house was a little noisy one night but not bad from inside. The owner stayed above the garage but this was a non issue when it came to privacy. Definitely on our return list for the next sylvan Lake visit.

Lovely stay in Sylvan

The property is very well appointed, recently built, and located close to the action on Lakeshore. The owner is very attentive, and his love for the property and lake life is apparent throughout. The kitchen was well stocked, more than I would expect for a VRBO rental! And the AC was a lifesaver during a heat wave, allowing everyone to enjoy their days and nights in comfort.

Nothing was overlooked in this property. It is more beautiful than the pictures show, it had everything we needed- all of which was carefully laid out or labeled. The beds were super comfortable, the deck and yard was beautiful, and communication with the host was timely and pleasant. Will book again!

AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOST

This listing has everything. Many drawers/cupboards of orderly, spotless kitchenware, latest in electronics, lots of towels and plenty of room to unpack and relax. All bedrooms included a roomy closet with hangers, plus dresser or chest. There is even a secret nook filled with toys for children. I personally appreciated the boxes of Kleenex in every room, loads of cozy blankets, and outdoor screened sunroom on the deck. The furnishings and decor are high quality; the house itself is absolutely stunning! Pristine with no expense spared. The host is thoughtful, friendly and very accommodating. He is punctual in replying and sincere about facilitating a wonderful experience . We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return.

Ladies YAYA Weekend

This property is absolutely stunning! The host Lawrence was so wonderful and he thought of absolutely everything. Check in was seamless. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen with the contents of each cupboard tastefully labled. The bathrooms and the beds were amazing! Extra plush blankets to cocoon with on the couch in front of the fireplace was so wonderful. It's the little things like having our first fire set up in the fire pit ready to go! Special faceclothes to use when removing make up...Brilliant! Just a few of the personal touches we experienced.."WOW" Being that us mature ladies prefer a cooler environment to sleep, a quick text to the host and Viola! It was like magic, temp was adjusted remotely by Lawrence! I have to say that personally I haven't slept through the night in years....Both nights I had a solid 7 hours! We walked everywhere in Sylvan Lake because the property is centrally located. Restaurants, coffee houses, farmer's market, Local designer shops, thrift stores....yes we defintely found some treasures! We were honored to be the first guests at this beautiful property and we will be back!
