Your vacation home is stylish, partly furnished with original furniture and is located on the 1st Upper floor of the Art Nouveau villa.
The living room offers a couch, a dining area and has a kitchenette with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook yourself. One bedroom has an originally converted Biedermeier sofa as a double bed (no sofa bed!). The light-flooded 2nd Bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a folding shower screen. The tile strip in front of the toilet and the vanity has underfloor heating. A towel dryer is also available. Your apartment still has the original plank floor, which ensures the special historical "flair". The small, antique, cast-iron wood stove in the living room ensures cozy winter evenings.
A parking space is right in front of the house.
Free WiFi, washing machine and dryer are available.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dem Apartement. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ganz niedlich, leider hapert es bei vielen Kleinigkeiten. Duschvorhang schimmelig, diverse Lampen/ Glühbirnen nicht vorhanden oder defekt, Möbel instabil,Vorhänge zerissen, Warmwasser in der Spüle nur mit Tricks. Alles Sachen die kaum Geld kosten. Trotz vorher gegebener Zusicherung war ein Bettgestell nicht repariert,der Bruch war uns schon im Jahr vorher aufgefallen und gemeldet worden. Das alles wäre mit wenig Aufwand und Willen zu beheben gewesen.

Die Baustelle vor dem Haus stört. Lärm sechs Tage die Woche. Besteht schon im vierten Jahr bei diesem Hausbau bzw. Umbau. Ab 7 Uhr morgens ging's los. Teilweise mit lkw und schwerem Gerät.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern ein Jahr und zwei Jahre) absolut genießen. Die Vermietung war auch absolut freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in Westerland und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Appartement genossen. Die schön hergerichteten Zimmer im Dachgeschoss mit Holzfussboden machen es sehr gemütlich und auch die Küche ist super ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen. Von der Lage her ist die Wohnung ideal. Egal ob ein Strandspaziergang, der Kaffee/Restaurantbesuch oder die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Also ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
