The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished, with its 1,5 rooms enough space for 2 adults and for relaxing holidays. The bedroom is 1 flight of stairs (no spiral staircase) We have nothing against smokers, but ask for the time of your stay exclusively to smoke outside. Kurabgabe according to statute of the municipality Sylt. This is already included in the room rate.

Under Reet, overlooking the Wadden Sea and directly behind a dune spend your holiday in Rantum in the apartment Back. Here you live centrally and yet fast in nature. The beach is 400 meters long through the dunes. Arriving at the beach, a specially rented beach chair (from April to October) waits on the beach section "Tadjem Deel". For a perfect holiday on the North Sea island of Sylt, the holiday home offers you the following in 1.5 rooms: • Sleeping areaA bedroom is located upstairs. • KitchenIn the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer. A dishwasher and a microwave are also included. • Sanitary areaA shower as well as a WC belong to the basic equipment of the flat. • There is also a CD player, a radio, an alarm clock and a TV in the apartment. Kleine Wohnung mit Abnutzungsspuren
Schöne kleine Wohnung, wenn man viel Zeit in der Natur etc verbringt. Wir haben an der Ausstattung nichts vermisst,jedoch gibt es einige Abnutzungsspuren. Der Duschkopf hält leider nicht mehr an der Stange. Das Sofa hat Flecken und an den Wänden sind einige Flecken zu sehen. Wenn diese Markel verbessert werden ist es eine schöne kleine Wohnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Kleines Dachbodenappartment, kein Haus!
Leider wer die Beschreibung nicht eindeutig. Es handelt sich hier um ein 30qm Klein-Appartment auf zwei Etagen. Schlafkammer direkt unterm Dach, das nur eine Mini-Dachluke hat. Sonst keine Fenster. Kein direkter Zugang zum Strand, sondern mit kleinerem Umweg entlang der Straße und durch die Düne. Fleckiges Sofa, alles schon ziemlich gebraucht. Check In erst ab 17 Uhr! (Check Out aber spätestens um 10 Uhr). Preis-Leistung passt eher nicht

Diese Ferienwohnung ist optimal gestaltet. Für 2 Personen o.k. Allerdings fehlt ein Balkon o.ä. Bei unseren Kreuzfahrten buchen wir immer mit Balkon. Total schlecht war es für unseren Dackel. Über alle Stufen mussten wir ihn tragen. Auch fehlte ihm ein bis zum Boden gehendes Fenster, damit er etwas von der Umwelt mitbekommt. Auch das Schlafzimmer im Dachboden ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig zumal die Matratzen nach Erneuerung schreien. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen. - G r o ß e -

Schönes kleines Appartment
Das Appartment liegt in günstiger Entfernung zum Strand. Für einen Urlaub mit Hund sehr gut geeignet. Etwas unschön war, dass gerade der Eingangsbereich saniert wurde. Der Kontakt mit dem Beauftragten des Vermieters war sehr gut.

Die kleine Dachwohnung ist genau für 2 Personen genschnitten. Etwas verwinkelt, es wurde wirklich jeder qm genutzt. Wir haben uns aber für eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders bei heulendem Wind im Schlafbereich. Das war wie in einem geschützten Nest.
