Telephone, cable television (FlatscreenTV), stereo, clock radio, kitchenette with fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker etc., microwave. Double sofa bed and 1 single bed in an alcove.   Due to a slightly steeper stairs for pets and health-impaired guests unsuitable. NICHTRAUCHERWHG.

Very quiet, well-kept house with Non smoking apartments right opposite the north woods.   To the beach about 750m. Garden terrace with beach chairs, beach chairs, etc. for general use. Pets only by prior arrangement with the landlord. There are no additional costs. Telephone charges EUR 0.20 per unit.   If desired, you can use our guest WLAN with WPA / WPA2 encryption.
