There were so many issues for our one night stay. The tv had no remote, the in-room phone did not work, the desk chair would not rise above a foot, the wi-fi password could not be entered, the noise from the room AC made it impossible to hear the tv, the Keurig coffee maker had no supplies or cups (even after three trips from housekeeping) and the toilet required multiple flushes. On the positive side, we found hotel personnel in the restaurant and the engineer who showed up with a remote, chair and wi-fi fix very helpful and cheerful. Management needs to get a grip on this facility.

Staff was nice, lobby area is fine, but the 7th floor and my room were a little on the rough side. Carpet stains everywhere, lights bulbs that were burned out, ratty curtains with a hole in it and the toilet wasn’t clean. Probably what really set off the mood was the clouds of weed smoke in the hallway and loud hip hop music coming from one of rooms. Probably the same person who was smoking 10 joints one after another. Just feels like no one cares about what’s going on upstairs at this place. Breakfast buffet is a little better than most.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very nice and the dining area staff were very polite and helpful. The only area of improvement that we found was the humidity in the room and the smell. Overall our experience from the pick up at the airport until checkout it was a great experience.

An fyi if you’re arriving in the evening: there is no dedicated shuttle driver, so the front desk person has to clear check-ins before they will close the front desk and leave to pick you up at the airport. My wait for shuttle pick up was 40 minutes. I could have simply kept my rental overnight and returned it in the morning if I had known this. Also, it was weird sitting completely alone outside after dark waiting for the shuttle. The airport was deserted outside while I waited. Not saying I felt unsafe, but it was unnerving. Just be aware shuttle pickup can take a very long time.

The staff are very friendly but the hotel smells and the carpets / walls are in desperate need of repair. I question if the rooms are actually being cleaned ...there were items left in the room from a previous guest that should have been found by the housekeeper but weren't ...one can only wonder if they are cleaning the rooms or making them look as though they are cleaned

Room was dated, very worn out, carpet stained, drain in shower very slow to drain, standing in water while taking a shower. All desk tops were water stained, ceiling looked like water leaked through. Stains on white sheets as well. Beds were so soft, worn out feeling. Did not sleep well.

We requested a king bed with a crib for our 2 month old over the phone and they confirmed it, but when we arrived they had not changed or noted our request and all rooms were booked for a crib. Shuttle was easy, but they didn’t cleans rooms throughout the stay. Had to ask for new towels.
