Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly! The hallways to the rooms was hot and humid but the rooms were cool. Lemon and cucumber water was available near the dining area. Hotel was very clean. Our room needed a new bed. Lots of parking available. The area around the hotel was not the greatest but thats not a hotel problem. Theres also no food around the hotel.

We stayed here this weekend for a concert and we were very pleased with our stay! All of the staff were great, friendly and very accommodating! We got there earlier than expected and Ashley at the front desk was very accommodating in trying to get us checked in early. While we waited for a room to become available, they allowed us to wait in the game room. Josh at the bar & grill was very friendly and helped us get food quicker than expected so we could make it to our show in time. The staff at breakfast was great and the food was amazing as well!

We enjoyed our stay ! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and happy to assist . My stay was comfortable ,nice clean room and it was late but the lady (Ms Danielle ) assured us she could take care of us getting booked in. she also informed us about the breakfast which was so delicious. I would stay here again ! The nightshift customer service was excellent thank you so much we enjoyed our stay.

Staff, including guest services and shuttle driver, was very friendly and helpful. Very good hospitality. However, very dissatisfied with the room condition. Reserved a room with 2 queen beds, and got a suite with let-out sofa bed, which would've been fine, however was very dirty. Stains all over the bed, dirty carpet and room had a dirty smell. Very noisy. Heard loud sounds of what sounded like banging, and loud engine sounds most of the night.

The area wasn’t the best. The room was nice. Had trouble with our Expedia booking and the staff helped several other people that came in after us instead of taking care of us first. It was late, and we were ready to get settled.

VERY OUTDATED

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport but it is very dated. I opted for a king room and there were bunk beds in there. This hotel would not be my first choice.

Nice, clean room

Very nice, clean hotel. I only stayed overnight but no issues for me. I would definitely book again. They offer extended parking for $10 a day which is the same as economy parking at the airport but your vehicle is parked in the main parking lot, unsecured . I didn’t chance it as the surroundings were a little sketchy. Overall great place to stay.
