Katy’s place was perfect. The location, supplies, rooms, gardens and just the house in general, it was all amazing. Our kids had an absolute ball and spent hours exploring her gardens. Beds were comfy and the house was so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

This is a very special place to stay. Very cosy. Kay is very attentive and helpful host. Everything you need for a home away from home. We loved the fireplace with wood and kindling supplied. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Piano was a bonus as 2 of us play. Lovely garden. Would stay here again.

A nice house with everything you need

Stayed here during the ultra trail weekend and the location was super convenient (2km from Scenic World). The house itself had everything we needed to prepare a home cooked meal and have a great night's sleep.

Beautiful Blue Mountains home!

A lovely light filled home. Plenty of space for our extended family and well equipped. Enjoyed time in the private backyard and on the deck. Host Katy was very helpful and accommodating. Portacot and high chair set up ready for the baby when we arrived. Love to stay again!

We were so impressed with how clean and spotless the house was when we arrived. Very comfortable and cosy with high ceilings and beautiful decor. The deck outside was perfect for sundowners after our days of hiking in the mountains! Will be back again - highly recommend.

Perfect Home like stay

Perfect location, close to town & famous 3 sisters. The house exceeded our expectations. Very roomy & comfortable for a group of friends. The home had everything you need, great to cook, enjoy the fire & play board games. The back yard had great sun light & was lovely to soak up the after sunshine. What a gorgeous hidden gem!

Such a lovely property, and layout for sitting in the sunny lounge room, gathering in the large family eatin kitchen, toasting marshmallows on the fire, so close to katoomba town centre and great bush walks, from badmington in the back yard to playing the old piano, we had such a lovely time, and will be back, an amazing host easy checkin and the heating throughout came in handy on those cold mornings. Thanks Katy we had a great time and what a pretty cottage you have.
