Well to start the hotel started to do a remodel so there was furniture in the halls of every floor. We originally booked a 2 night stay but decided to add an additional night. We moved to the new location. The holder for the shower head was broken. We asked to have it replaced but no one ever came. We had to get our own towels and whatever else we needed. No garbage was picked up so we put it out in the hall. We had asked for maid service but that didn’t happen either.

My husband & I came up for the New Year to visit family. I had booked another hotel and we were so disappointed with our accommodations and came here and Syd was so amazing & accommodating! From now on…. This is going to be my home away from home. Breakfast was great, comfortable bed, pillows and towels that do sandpaper.

Everything was efficient at check in, etc. The room was worn out. There were stains on the carpeting, the desk chair fake leather finish was completely worn out and missing from most of the chair. I had to put a towel on the chair because it was extensively peeling.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable, & quiet. We were disappointed the pool was not operable. We called in advance to inquire about the pool since aquatics plays a major role in my physical therapy. We were told it was open. Upon arrival we were told by front desk staff we could swim. Several minutes later a maintenance man appeared saying the pool is closed for the next 3 months. Also wish I would have received an email in advance saying housing keeping is in operable.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect from a Country Inn & Suites. Of greater concern was the shower seat was unusable because the bolts holding it to the wall had been pulled out of the wall and was unsafe for use. I specifically requested an accessible room because my wife was recovering from hip surgery. As a result she had to remain standing for the entire time causing unnecessary pain and discomfort.

This hotel is in bad condition! Carpets stained and in bad condition. Plaster on walls coming off. Bathroom utilities not working and faulty electrical. Front desk service poor and not there much. Would not stay there again until remodeled and employees trained in service!
