The bed was comfortable. The sheets were nice. The room was clean. Nice big new tv in our room. It’s an older building with many needed upgrades but it’s clean which was the main thing for me. We drove 5 minutes to Smileys bar and had a fantastic chicken bacon ranch burger and a beer.

Room 228 Comfort Inn Swift Current

Very disappointed with the cleanliness - I found dog kibble under the ac unit, margarine cups and napkins behind the nightstand, sticky substance like ketchup on the front of the nightstand, previous food or drink splatters on the walls and lampshades, rugs were not vacuumed very well, window was extremely dirty on the outside making it difficult to look out the window, and I had to reset the plug in for the ac/heater they have in the wall. I should have insisted on a new room or asked for my money back but decided to inform the staff thinking they might have it cleaned up by the time I returned, but they did not. Quality has gone down hill and needs to be addressed. I will not return for a stay in the future and I recommend anyone to book elsewhere until they have cleaned up their facility or show that they care about customers.

The room door was open & it seemed one of the beds had been slept in. Told the desk & she said she would come change the sheets but she was the only staff on. We went to eat & came back & the bed had been changed. The smell of pot in the hall was very strong even though it was a non smoking floor.

We recieved two knocks from housekeeping to remind us to check out and it was long before check out. It was like housekeeping was forcing us to check out earlier then the time permitted. Very annoying and rude.
