Very beautiful hotel located in perfect location on the Dead Sea. I gave this hotel three stars because of the lack of service in the restaurant as well as the general attitude of the staff towards my group. During my stay, I continually watched the staff bend over backwards to take care of their “non-American “ guests while they refused to give us basic service without repeated requests. For this, I give them a three stars.

Great hotel! Great food !! Super helpful & Friendly staff ! Easy parking!! Big shout out to the worker at the Dead Sea - he was super helpful with my child to no be afraid of the water! Thank you so much 😊

Beautiful resort and private access to the Dead Sea was a huge plus! Only thing that lacked was the bugs in the room… huge disappointment.
