There is lots of parking immediately outside the property (not on the opposite side of the road) and it is a short drive from Swansea City Centre, Swansea Marina, Swansea Enterprise Park and close to The Mumbles and the Gower Peninsular.

Found house smells very damp every time you walked in

Nice looking house, deco good. Not enough seating for amount of guest for meal times, oven dirty. Back yard needs a good wash and cigarette butts cleaned up horrible to see when you have young children wanting to play out. On 3 floors which I’m pretty sure didn’t say in spec, made difficult with 2 year old and 84 year We’re normally laid back, but not sure I would recommend this to family and friends

Nice bedrooms, good location.

Nice place for a fairly large group. Very clean. Lacking in kitchen equipment and neighborhood is not charming but it is fairly close to stores and other tourist destinations.
