This property is situated on the coast road next to the entrance to the coastal path. The first leg of the path takes you to Rotherslade (about 20 mins) where there is a beachside cafe - a great place to chill out with the Sunday Newspapers. Langland is the next bay and accessible by foot or if you prefer 5 mins by car.


Even closer to home are Limeslade and Bracelet Bay - literally on your doorstep. Fortes Ice cream parlour is the closest Eatery and has a simple menu whilst Castellamare, is a very popular Italian cafe and restaurant with beautiful views over towards Mumbles head. The village of Mumbles can be reached by strolling along the promenade and there you will find an array of boutique style shops, cafes and bars.
