Villa Latini is located in a village Bankovići, 10 km from the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and 15 from the largest town in the Istrian peninsula, Pula.
Accommodation in Villa Latini offers the real experience of village life that offers tranquility and tradition.
Within the estate where Villa Latini is located, the Stanić family runs a family business, taking care of the farm animals. Guests can taste local produce such as jams, olive oil, prosciutto ham, wine and other local products, but also participate in their preparation and processing.
The house was built in 1922 and completely renovated in 2017 and equipped with everything necessary for a sorrowless village holiday. The house consists of the ground floor and first floor, the total area is 140 m2, 3 fully equipped rooms with 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Our guests also have free internet.
Along the gardens there is the 28 m2 outdoor heated pool, space for leisure and relaxation as well as space for a cozy get-together and barbecue.
With reservation, breakfast is also possible (offer consists of local food - Prosciutto ham, jam, homemade bread, eggs, seasonal fruits, fruit juice).
The nearest shop and the bistro are 1 km, the post office, the restaurant and the butcher shop 9 km and the sea just 15 km from Villa Latini. Just a short 10-minute drive will take you to the medieval town of Svetvinčenat, which offers a number of sights in Morosini-Grimani Castle, Escape Castle Svetvinčenat, the visitor center, frescoes in various churches, etc.

Potpuno opušeno! - Completely relax in Istria

This place was truly exceptional. The house is beautiful and the hosts were some of the kindest people we have ever met. When we arrived at the house, there were meats and cheeses and fresh bread waiting for us, along with a delicious bottle of wine. Matea provided us with a list of restaurants and activities in the area. All of her restaurant recommendations were delicious. She offered to heat the pool for us, but we decided against it as it was still cooler temperatures. But, the pool is beautiful. They have a small farm and our kids were able to see the animals and even feed a baby sheep and a bunny. I'm pretty sure the kittens were the highlight of our four year old's trip. We did a tasting in their tasting room, which was so much fun, as we got to learn about their family history and the history of the area. We plan to return to this house for another vacation. The Stanic family feels like our extended family and we hope to join them for olive picking some year. :)

Ein gelungener Kroatienurlaub mit großem Erholungsfaktor

Und wieder einmal haben wir einem wunderbaren Urlaub in Kroatien verbringen dürfen, der keine Wünsche offen lies. Die gastfreundlichen Vermieter Matea und Drazen haben uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns gleich zu Beginn mit istrischen Spezialitäten begrüßt. Auch in der Villa vermissten wir nichts, alles war perfekt bis ins kleinste Detail. Und wie so oft haben wir den Abend gemütlich draußen am Pool mit einem Glas selbst hergestellten Weißwein ausklingen lassen. Morgens haben wir den Tag mit einem selbst zusammengestellten Frühstückskorb, gefüllt mit lauter verschiedenen Spezialitäten, starten dürfen. Alles aus eigener Herstellung und frisch zubereitet, selbst die Croissants waren noch warm. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp ist die selbstgemachte Aprikosenmarmelade, die man auf der Karte für das Frühstück entnehmen kann. Die Familie Stanic sind herzensgute Menschen und überaus gastfreundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns bei der gesamten Familie Stanic für diesen grandiosen Urlaub bedanken. Rund um war es ein großartiger Urlaub und wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen, um einen weiteren schönen Urlaub dort genießen zu dürfen.

Amazing reception upon arrival and a great introduction to Croatia.

Great place to stay, fantastic indoor facilities especially the 3 bathrooms which were perfect for the six of us. Owners were on hand 24/7 to help/advise/book activities as required. We were met with a platter of locally produced meats, cheese, breads etc and took advantage of the home made breakfast the first morning of our stay. They recommended some excellent places to dine in the evening as well as secluded beaches for snorkeling during the day. Lovely outside, relaxing setting with family sized pool, the perfect place to unwind. Location was perfect as it allowed us to explore both the east and west coastlines and also the busier towns of Pula and Rovinj. Fabulous holiday!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Latini. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist bestens und der Pool im Außenbereich ist ein Traum (vor allem für die Kinder). Die Lage ist ländlich, aber ideal, um Istrien zu erkunden. Man fährt ca. 10 Minuten bis zum nächsten großen Supermarkt und ca. 20 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Liebevoll eingerichtete, gepflegte Villa Latini

Die Villa Latini ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt eingerichtet, toll ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Das Highlight war der beheizte Pool, der Ende Mai genau die richtige Temperatur hatte. Matea und ihre Familie sind sehr herzliche und dennoch zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Obwohl wir aufgrund einer Vollsperrung erst weit nach der angekündigten Zeit ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen und mit frischem Brot, Wein, Käse und Wurst sehr lecker begrüßt. Fürs Frühstück konnten wir jeweils am Vorabend alles Notwendige bestellen, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Auch wenn die Familie direkt nebenan wohnt, war Privatsphäre zu jedem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Unsere Kinder waren besonders von den Tieren begeistert und genossen es, dass sie sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegen durften. Für Ausflüge liegt die Villa Latini sehr praktisch, die von uns besuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände waren in rund 30 min zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss. Danke, Matea, für einen wunderbaren Urlaub!

Wunderbare Ferien in der Villa Latini

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubs sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Brot und eine kleine Platte mit Käse und Wurst. Die Gastgeberin hat uns Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps gegeben und so hatten wir schon erste Ziele. Bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein toller Urlaub in einer top Villa

Matea und Drazen sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Alle Fragen zu unseren Anliegen, wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und auch standen uns beide Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation erfolgte sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die hofeigenen Produkte wie z.B. Eier oder Brot wurden sehr schnell bereitgestellt und haben prima geschmeckt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Rundum war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft können wir nur weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus!

Sehr schönes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten

Wir haben in unserem Urlaub nichts vermisst. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Wir reisten mit 3 Erwachsenen und zwei Jungs im Alter von 15 und 9 Jahren an. Unser Jüngster hatte sehr viel Freude am Bauernhof der Vermieter gefunden und hielt sich oft dort auf. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen jederzeit für Fragen zu Verfügung. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Ort, von dem aus man alle größeren Städte Istriens in weniger als einer Fahrstunde erreichen kann. Rundum ein schönes Urlaubserlebnis.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Spätherbst mit lokalen Köstlichkeiten

Wir hatten wurden sehr herzlich von Matea empfangen und mit selbstgemachten Produkten überrascht. Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und modern. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben alle ein eigenes Bad. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und betreiben einen eigenen kleinen Bauernhof. Von dort kann man immer frische Produkte, wie Wurst, Käse, Milch, Yoghurt, Marmelade oder auch Brot bestellen! Alles selbst gemacht und sehr lecker. Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Haus gelegen und im Sommer sicher eine gute Abkühlung. Ende Oktober war es leider nicht mehr warm genug zum Baden. Wir können die Gastgeber und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag, abseits des Trubels an den Küstenorten - dennoch ist man in ca. 20min mit dem Auto am Meer. Danke an Matea und Familie für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Herbsturlaub in Kroatien

Wir wurden von Matea sehr lieb empfangen, auch im Vorfeld bestand lieber Kontakt mit vielen Informationen zu Unternehmungen in Istrien. Als Empfangspräsent erwartete uns selbstgenackenes Brot, selbsthergestellter Bacon (sehr lecker), Schinken, Käse eins Wein. Zum Frühstück haben wir uns leckere Sachen bestellt, sehr zu empfehlen sind der Bacon, die Milch, der Joghurt, die in einem liebevoll hergerichteten Korb gebracht wurden. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Außenanlagen war schön, der Pool toll. Vom Haus aus haben wir Ausflüge ans Meer und ins Inland gemacht. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und mega Gastgebern

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Latini verbracht, die wirklich komfortabel eingerichtet ist. Das Haus liegt toll für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Pula, Rovinj, Dvigrad und auch Svetvincenat) sind schnell erreichbar und bei der großen Hitze in der vergangenen Woche haben wir natürlich auch den tollen Pool häufig und gerne genutzt! Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit (haben Tischreservierungen für uns übernommen) und gastfreundlich (bei Ankunft wartete eine leckere kalte Platte mit hauseigenen Köstlichkeiten und eine Flasche Wein aus eigenem Anbau auf uns. Vom angebotenen Frühstücksservice haben wir auch mehrfach Gebrauch gemacht und leckeres Brot, Croissants und Joghurt (natürlich alles frisch und selbst hergestellt) genießen können. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Sehr Idyllisch gelegen, die Versorgung war spitzenklass

Super lieber Kontakt, tolle ruhige Lage. Das bestellte Frühstück war toll und hat den Urlaub zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Die Kinder durften den Bauernhof anschauen und sogar 2 Tage alte Kücken streicheln. Alles sehr herzlich und entspannt. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir wieder.

Super Unterkunft

Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderschön. Alles sehr modern und neu ausgestattet. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Haus war tip top gereinigt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. - Haben wir so umfassend noch in keiner Unterkunft so gut vorgefunden. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind ebenfalls total nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben zur Begrüßung Brot, Wein und eine Käse- / Wurstplatte bekommen. Alles wird auf dem eigenen Bauernhof nebenan selbst hergestellt. Auf Wunsch kann man diesen auch ansehen und weitere Produkte von der Familie bestellen. Matea hat uns zu Beginn einige Tipps zusammengeschrieben, welche Strände, Orte, etc. sie uns empfiehlt. Einziges Manko ist der Geruch des Bauernhofs, den man leider auch ab und an am Pool riecht und durch diesen gibt es auch verhältnismäßig viele Fliegen in der Unterkunft. Wir würden die Unterkunft aber trotzdem jederzeit weiterempfehlen und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Das Haus ist mit allen Dingen die man braucht ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Die Möglichkeit, Frühstück zu bestellen ist hervorragend und wurde von uns jeden Tag genutzt. Sehr lecker. Der Pool ist mit seinem glasklaren Wasser eine Wohltat . Die Gastfreundschaft, Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit von Matea, ihrem Mann und der ganzen Familie haben wir so nicht erwartet. Das hat uns sehr berührt. Vielen Dank !!!!! Die Kommunikation mit Matea bei Tips zu Sehenswertem oder Tips zu Ständen etc. war auch über die Maßen toll.

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ist (fast) vollständig klimatisiert. Die vorhandenen Liegen zum Entspannen und der tolle Pool zum Abkühlen sind ideale Begleiter für einen Wohlfühl-Urlaub.

Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub, in einem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Der Pool rundete das alles ab. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Vielen Dank für den sehr freundlichen Empfang, mit den lokalen Produkten, die die Familie selber herstellt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Erholung pur in traumhaftem Ambiente!

Matea und ihr Mann Drazen haben das Haus modern und komfortabel renoviert. Ihre Freundlichkeit und aufmerksame Art als Gastgeber, uns zu verwöhnen, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der wunderschöne Pool und das private Ambiente inmitten eines Dorfes haben uns als Familie täglich zum Erholen eingeladen. Villa Latini immer wieder gerne!!!
