And now some basic and useful information: The total area of the property is 992 m2. The yard of the villa is fenced, the height of the fence is at least 7080cm. There is also an outdoor play area for children with two swings and a slide. You can also play table tennis or simply lie on the garden furniture in the shade and listen to birdsong or your favourite music. The villa was built in 2021 and offers its guests 190 m2 of living space. The villa can sleep a maximum of 8 people, the optimal number is 6. Guests are divided into three bedrooms with double beds and also have 3 en-suite bathrooms with showers. In the living room there is a corner sofa, two small tables, a sofa and a TV. Next to the corner sofa is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with two bar stools for preparing delicious meals. When furnishing the kitchen, we paid attention to every detail, crockery, utensils and appliances to make you feel as much at home as possible. For big reading fans, we have set up a reading corner with a library containing some current hits and a few more classics. There is also a separate WC and a sofa bed (150x200) for two more people, which is located in the playroom. The games room has table football, darts and an Xbox games console with TV. Other equipment that will come in handy during your stay includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, food dispenser and baby cot. On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres, with additional features such as steps and 2 whirlpool jets, which can be heated for a fee. You can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers while reading your favourite book. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal/wood barbecue and an outdoor dining table. The villa offers 2-3 parking spaces. Nearby attractions and local activities include wine tours, water sports, an aqua park that will especially delight the little ones, the Pore ski lift, cycling and much more!
