Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Labin" 7 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
