Der Zustand des Hauses ist praktisch neuwertig. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben. Alle Zimmer mit Bad/Dusche/WC, modernen TVs und elektrischen Rolladen. Küche ebenfalls vollständig ausgestattet bis hin zum riesigen Kühlschrank mit Spender für Crushed Ice, Eiswürfel und kaltes Wasser.Auch der Aussenbereich ist super, mit großem Pool, Grill bzw. Offenem Kamin und genügend Stühle und Liegen.
