Good service fast respond the breakfast service is a bit expensive but food itself is good. The staff are kinds some of them speak English very good better than me i would say😅 bath room and toilet are clean and toilet is a Japanese style with a bidet and self heating seats the tv has a good streaming service such as Netflix and YouTube
