We were at the venue for a wedding that was very nice. The property is nice but the hotel is a little dated. We liked that there was a bar and coffee shop on site. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the blinds in our room that did not work. They were unable to fix so we could not enjoy our golf view corner room that we paid additional for and did not offer to move our room.

Paid over 300$ for a room. Then get a surprise 20$ charge at check in and a 50$ hold on my card, then also see 18$ was charged at 4am for not sure what. Everything is extremely overpriced, you’d be better off staying at another local hotel

Excellent stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. The only downfall was the hours of the Den which had the arcade. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. We were there Sunday to wed, so we only got to go there one day, kids loved it tho. Staff was all so friendly. Most definitely would stay again and highly recommend!
