Beautiful Beach House with Private Pool

This quiet, private oasis of a home is perfect for a family getaway. It's located close to the Airport and offers easy access to all of Myrtle Beach's best beaches, Surfside Beach, Garden City, and Murrells Inlet for local seafood.

A beautiful home awaits in the enclosed backyard of this secluded home away from home. It's the perfect spot to play with your children or unwind with your beloved group around the firepit. You can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and enjoy a refreshing dip there. The poolside outdoor dining area will be ideal for meals or drinks. Show off your grilling skills with the propane grill available and surprise your friends with delicious grilled treats.

A beautiful enterance will greet you upon entering this air-conditioned retreat. Two comfortable sofas are strategically located in front of a wall-mounted TV, offering a cozy gathering spot. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with every appliance you could ever dream of, including a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The kitchen has a nice sized Island with four barstolls. The adjoining dining table seats up to six and enjoys beautiful views from ample windows. If packing heavy is not on your list, you are in luck! This home has a designated laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers direct access to the screened in pool, a flatscreen TV, large walk in closet and an en suite full bathroom.

Great House!
We had a great experience staying here! There were 10 of us and the house met our needs perfectly! It’s very clean and homey! The covered pool and back deck area are wonderful! Also, the garage has been converted into a TV room with couches and the teens loved that!

Great house - if things are cleaned and fixed
1st- the house is beautiful!! Perfect layout.But, many improvements needed to validate price. We chose to clean n stay as we’re 11 hrs away w/3 kids&no choice -upon arrival Food & Garbage everywhere. Inside nightstands, closets, drawers, under furniture. - 1 trash bag, 4 paper towel sheets, & 1 hand soap - floors not washed -spaghetti on the wall -fresh uncleaned stains on all rugs -broken garbage can in the kitchen -ac unit covered in dust -master bath shower door broken and lights not working -plastic wrap on beds so you make noise when sleeping and sweat from the plastic -bath towels were dirty and smelled -bedroom dresser broken -one bedroom didn’t have sheets on the bed just comforter -washing machine takes an hour to fill w/water -all kitchen items look like they came from the local yard sale. - keurig filthy -dishwasher comes out of wall -listing stated no pets & smoking, yet dog dishes, vape pens, dirty ashtray at the house -pool not fully cleaned. still had dirt covering the bottom. Contacted ASAP re: issues. In response we received a Walmart delivery w/cleaning supplies & a promise that we would be credited our cleaning fee and that the cleaning company will be correcting their methods. However, I have not received a credit for the cleaning fee nor have we received any other credit for the poor condition. We paid $350 a night. For a dirty home w/ complete lack for details. Truly appreciate owners position but not fair to the renters

Relaxing get away.
We we're warmly welcomed by Dana with a code for the door and internet password. Things were in order. It's a very nice quiet neighborhood. My granddaughter's enjoyed the pool as well as the rest of us. The grill and patio area was nice for relaxing after beach days. One small issue was trash left from a previous guests, I contacted her and the issue was quickly resolved.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is nestled in a subdivision away from all the hustle and bustle of the beach. Access to food, shopping, the beach, and the marsh is a short drive. The house is clean and all appliances and furniture were in good shape. The pool is perfect for a small family to enjoy on days you don’t want to fight the crowd at the beach. It’s a private pool and you don’t have to share it with anyone. It’s well kept, salt water and has lights for evening swimming. The screened in pack porch allows you to enjoy the summer storms without being eaten alive by mosquitos. The bed rooms are spacious and supply plenty of storage for clothes and other items. The master bathroom is large enough for two people at once to get ready. The shower is also large enough for two people. Large dining table and bar to seat 10 guests comfortably. Linens and towels were provided. Communication with the host was wonderful. Dana responded quickly if I asked a question. We will stay again! Love love love!!!!

Great vacation
Really enjoyed staying here. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The house had Plenty of room. Food Lion is a few minutes away, and the beach was about 15 min drive.
