Two times dissapointed
It's a pity that you asked us how it was if my message before said that I will not be able to arrive as it meant to take a ferry and so complicated. I chose this hotel through "Hotels.com" because I wanted to be close to Split, but it was not very clear that it was necessary to take a ferry. So I can not talk about my experience there as I didn't go and by the way you let me know that it was possible to get a refund which unfortunately later you didn't accept. I get advantage of this message to tell you that you consider me "Slver" but at these holidays we did everything with you, at least we reserved more that 15 nights at different hotels, so you should consider us as "gold". On the other hand the lack of refund of this night is, I repeat, a pity because we are so good costumers and at the origin it was a lack of explanation that it was in an island and needed a ferry. Some days later I had again a very bad experience at the Amanthos Living Solothum in Grenchen Switzerland from the 10th to 11th August, because we never got the code to get in and we stay hours outside. The risponsible of this hotel (who fortunately we could contact later thanks to the security agent who saw us outside through the cameras) told us that it was your fault because "Expedia is refusing to send the messages over the chat" and that's why we didn't get the code. Anyway it was two times dissapointed and I think we deserve explanations and even a commercial gesture or a refund.
